DRIVEN TO MURDER  is a taut and timely thriller about a young woman’s fight for survival after using a ridesharing app lands her in the back seat of a killer’s car.

After a late night work event, all Sarah wants to do is go home and go to bed. What she expects will be just another uneventful rideshare, turns into a nightmare when her Driver runs over a homeless man, and then tries to blame her for what happened.

Frightened by his actions, she books another rideshare and slips away, but her relief at leaving this madness behind is short lived as he chases after her, forcing her new driver to crash into a ravine. She awakens from the accident - a prisoner in this sociopath’s web of lies and manipulation.

After killing a local Sheriff, the police close in, and thwart the Driver’s escape at a roadblock. When the dust settles, the driver’s body is found riddled with bullets, and he’s presumed dead. Sarah is finally free.

Sarah arrives safely at her home, but soon realizes she is not alone - the Driver didn’t die and he’s returned to continue terrorizing her. As his deadly game of cat and mouse continues, Sarah finds an inner strength that she never knew existed and makes a final stand, climaxing with her house being set on fire. She finally overcomes her aggressor and survives the night.
